Achat telco-tec non livré, non remboursé

J'ai commandé une imprimante. CB débitée le 23 septembre, livrable le 24 octobre. Joints début décembre avec pour réponse que le site de paiement a encaissé l'argent, refuse de le leur délivrer et refuse également de me rembourser. Copie ci-dessous d eleur mail reçu ce jour :

You paid us by credit card via the payment provider Elavon, and your credit card has already been debited.

Unfortunately, however, we are not able to continue processing your order, since a situation has arisen, which renders a delivery or a refund initiated by us impossible.

Elavon has refused to forward your money to us to enable us to ship your article.

Elavon has also refused to refund you your money, which is rightfully yours, as we requested them to do.

Therefore, we unfortunately have to ask you to contact your bank, which issued your credit card, and ask them to execute a chargeback and request Elavon to return the paid amount to you that is rightfully yours.

We sincerely apologize for this awkward situation since we also have to inform you that we are forced by these circumstances to cancel your order.
